The property was designed by HLW International LP for a development partnership between Ironstate Development Co. and Kushner Real Estate Group. The community’s strong amenity package, featuring an outdoor pool (opposite, right) and a double-height lobby with concierge (opposite, left) , certainly helped secure 100 percent occupancy just 10 months after opening in May 2010.
